Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Return Process

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• A description of the item you are returning

Once we have received your return request, we will issue you a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track your return shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are not in their original packaging
• Items that are custom made to order
